What a shame such an iconic brand has fallen into the poor customer service realms. Put my daughters broken bracelet in for repairs over 3 weeks ago and still nothing from them. We explained when we dropped it she was traveling o/s in a month and the girl at the store assured us 2-3 weeks was more than enough time.I have called the 1800 phone number twice with no results. Apparently the stores do not have direct contact phone numbers so can’t call the Bondi Junction store directly and I have been left waiting for a call back.This brand is definitely not the experience it was when we purchased the bracelet. I guess eventually everything tarnishes even Tiffany service.

I went here today and it was a very different experience to what I have recieved at other Tiffany stores, it was impersonal and underwhelming. The staff do not acknowledge you when you walk in, I waited a good while before anyone even looked at me standing at the counter. There is limited stock. I was looking for a charm and there was hardly any in stock to choose from. The sales assistant gave me a plastic folder to look at the available charm collections, and most of the pages were falling out of the folder and it was tatty. In my opinion, this store does not resemble the elegance and reputation of the Tiffany brand. I'll definitely be shopping at the Sydney city stores for future purchases.

Unfortunately, I received the worst customer service when I went into the store.I had received a bracelet from Tiffany and co for my 30th birthday from my mother however the bracelet was too small. I went into the store and the customer service lady was beyond rude, she advised that if I didn’t have a tax invoice she couldn’t exchange the product for me. All I wanted was a bigger size!! I had the original email of Purchase, it wasPurchased under my name, but myMother couldn’t find the tax invoice in her emails. The lady who served us made did notMake us feel like paying customers. Very unfortunate and it has now been almost 2 months… but your policy is 30 days. I have a beautiful bracelet that I cannot wear!!!

Make the effort to go to the 2 city stores if you want real Tiffany quality service. Very Disappointing considering it’s a Tiffany store. I bought an item from the Sydney store and it says in the receipt ‘30 days return/exchange’. I had my receipt and unworn items still in the box, only bought 1 week ago but was only offered a credit note, and refused a refund!Not much stock in the store either and couldn’t even exchange for another item.Bondi store told me credit notes expire in 12 months. I went to the city store and they told me the credit note has no expiry.Never ever shop in Bondi Tiffany’s. It’s worse than Paddys Market!

Took some fine (diamond and platinum) pieces to be cleaned at the store. The sales assistant was incredibly rude and decided to pull out a “diamond tester” to test each stone in the pieces that I’d brought in for cleaning....on the counter in view of everyone in the store. My wife’s pieces are real and so was my anger at being treated like scum in front of other customers in the store. I brought in upwards of $60k worth of jewellery (a few pairs of diamond earrings and some diamond necklaces) and don’t expect to be treated like a scammer looking for a “free clean”. Teach your staff discretion and manners!

I don't usually post reviews but I was so unhappy with my experience at the Tiffany Bondi Junction store on the weekend. The sales assistants were too busy chatting to offer assistance until I asked. I was looking for a diamond solitaire pendant and the assistant told me that I would have to wait six weeks to have one ordered from overseas as they were out of stock in the size range I was looking at. When I suggested that it seemed crazy that there was no stock in the whole of Australia and could she do a search by available stock, she managed to uncover exactly what I was after which was in fact in stock from another Australian store. No suggestions or helpful advice on any alternatives offered. I am a loyal Tiffany customer but this experience really turned me off!

If I could give minus rate I would, this store has the WORSE customer service in Sydney, the service Is RIDICULOUS.I bought 2 necklaces, but I changed my mind because I saw another type of neckless on the website, so I went to the store 2 days after but for my surprise the lady said that I couldn’t, because I had tried at home, even then I present the invoice showing that was 2 days ago. At the time the lady, present herself as the manager.If you really want TIFANY service go to the Pitt st Store. They have other level of service, by the way at Pitt st store they changed for me, so I don’t think that manager knows what she is doing.Employees really should care about all the customers that go inside the store.

Lovely staff! Went in to have my necklace cleaned and was treated as though we were buying the store. It is rare to have that experience shopping these days. I wandered in with three young children and they were greeted kindly too. Tiffany's is special.

The set up of the store is very well presented. The retail staff are also helpful and kind. Tiffany offers lifetime cleans on your Tiffany products which are useful. Overall very welcoming, do recommend.
