L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

This is my first google review, but the appalling service at this store has compelled me to write it! My mother and I had never before been treated so terribly and with such rudeness as we were at the Canberra store. It has put us both off the brand altogether. L’occitane needs to really consider who they are letting represent their brand. I also emailed customer service about our experience and didn’t hear back. It seems that L’occitane really just don’t care about the customer.

Love, love shopping here, the staff are very knowledgeable and give you the perfect balance of help and space to enjoy browsing.

I love the soaps and I'm a regular shopper. They are a bit more expensive, but the Shea butter soaps are an affordable luxury that I enjoy. The feel and scent allows one to imagine themself, for a few moments, to be enjoying a slice of heaven".And then the taps are turned off

Beautiful products, environmentally friendly with many being vegan. The Cedrat mens cologne us sooo fresh smelling and totally gorgeous!Also had a problem with the spray nozzle on the cologne I purchased and the friendly staff exchanged if for me immediately!

Just wanted to drop a note of an outstanding customer service I've just received from Nurdiyana in your Canberra Centre store even though it was so busy.She was not just bubbly, polite and extremely helpful but she made me feel at home with lots of laughter. She taught me lots about skin and body care that I never knew of. Never have I had such fun in a store of yours in ACT!Her service was quite a stark difference to the one I had received in Woden several times - your team in woden truly needs A LOT of work on to improve!!!I am LOVING the divine cream i just got from her!

I emailed head office about a faulty spray nozzle on my cherry blossom perfume and was directed to the Canberra Centre Store for advice and repair/replace. When I did go to Canberra store the manager wasn’t available and in the middle of the store I was accused by a staff member of buying a bootleg or “cheap street” version and trying to bring it in for money! Needless to say this person could hardly speak English and was so rude. Maybe they do that where she is from! I was so disgusted by this untrue public accusation of fraud I left the store. I tried to phone the store on 3 seperate occasions the following Monday morning and no one answered- the store number was diverted to a mobile number. It’s been several weeks now and I am having to wait for head office complaints to get around to sending me a replacement.Head Office are just as bad. They say they will respond to requests within 24 hrs but it took 5 days and two emails!I would have to say this store is the worst store I have ever been to.I always buy fine perfume and in future will be sticking to purchases from Myer.. just disgusting and despite me contacting head office about this public embarrassment still no store apology.

Products were a bit expensive but customer service was good.

Great customer service from everyone especially JJ who always have time for me. I love their friendliness and the willingness to help. Would be nice to see more Sales products.
