Great assistance from their younger pharmacist Shai, she helped me understand my prescribed medicine in very good detail. Will definitely continue to use this pharmacy in the future.

Absolutely dreadful to deal with. Pharmacist is the rudest, most unhelpful person to deal with. Has no idea of customer service. Does not care about his customers or their health. Really should not be dealing with the public. I feel for the staff that work with him.

Unfortunately like everyone else I have received extremely poor customer service here. It is not the staff they are lovely and hard working it is the head pharmacist who needs to change his attitude. He will override what your Dr or even consultant at the hospital has ordered. The response to all the reviews attacking patients just goes to show his lack of empathy and respect. It's really no way to run a healthcare business. I hope he wakes up to himself. Focus on your ability to help others. Don't reply to me I don't want to hear it.

I have to share my pure disappointment from the staff at this pharmacy.Calling them to try and gain assistance in getting scripts correctly from my doctor and their response to me being very polite and direct of what they needed and recapping I have done as asked, my medication is now a day overdue and this is urgent to their response of, “I am going to end this call due to the way you are talking to me”?I did not speak to them in a derogatory way, i repeatable explained I understand I am just really trying to get me scripts can you please help me.Response, NO we are understaffed today, NO I can not help you. I will end this call due to you continuing to ask questions.I am so shocked an appalled and genuinely in disbelief that a place that is meant to care about the community had no care at all.The staff member was incredibly rude to me which he refused to acknowledge.Only repeatedly threatening to end the call.Please if you are looking for a caring pharmacy do not use this one.They have zero care or respect for anyone.I wish I could take further action to bring to the communities attention how awful they treat people.I hope this review assist others avoiding what I have had to endure and they way I have been treasure by them.

I was going to this pharmacy for years before one incident my ongoing medication prescription as they said was cancelled by my doctor, I had doctor visit which I paid for $ and it wasn't a case . They screwed up something themselves. When I came again with ne prescription of course I was upset of it and awaiting for simply sorry ". Which have never followed. Served by a wonderful consultant named Fiona, she was very polite and non-judgemental which is what I feel we are all concerned about when we go to the pharmacy. Thank you Fiona, made my morning as I was quite nervous to come in, even about something so small ☺️

The review is because an elderly family member has received poor customer service from the pharmacist on two occasions in as many weeks.The 1 star review is due to the way you're handling feedback, specifically you've been replying that you've updated customer files to reflect that they are taking their business elsewhere when the customer has not stated this in their feedback. Can I confirm, are you suggesting that customers who leave 1 star reviews will no longer be welcomed in your pharmacy? If not, why are you updating their files?

Omg so many bad reviews and they haven't improved, I and both my daughter sometimes go to this phamacy and Most of the time you get unfriendly service or you get a pharmacist who is a little snappy or you can tell that he doesn't want speak with you, they have lost one of my daughters prescriptions that had 5 repeats she was crying, no empathy just them saying you have to go and see your doctor....these days it takes more than a week to get an appt and its costly. Head office most of the staff and pharmacist need more training because they are doing the opposite to your advertisements
