My 3.5 years old daughter had her 1st visit to a dentist last week and it went so well, much better than we expected. Susan understands what a child needs and keep assure her. No crying, no drama at all, it was a pleasant experience. Susan gave my daughter a ring and Kelly - the receptionist gave her a sticker as reward, when we came home, my daughter asked me if we can see Susan again tomorrow?

Had been to this dentist before and had no problems up to this visit. Had filling replaced and was advised that this was a last resort option apart from tooth removal and implant. Went back for a visit as I was experiencing some sensitivity which had since subsided and I wanted it checked out. But on this visit I received completely different information which said I should have had root canal, filling and cap. I tried to explain that I was told none of this last time and if I had I would have gone down that road. Communication was very poor, the dentist was defensive and seemed to imply that I was lying about the information I had previously received. POOR DENTIST EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I took my toddler yesterday for her first visit and they were amazing with her. Can’t be more happier :)

Staff are always welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr Susan is an exceptional dentist, she is highly experienced and very patient centred. She does her work will great care and patience. Fair pricing and no hidden costs. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends and highly recommend it to anyone needing trustworthy dental care.

Highly recommend. First visit to this dental practice after a 4 year hiatus seeing a dentist in general. Had a bit of anxiety leading in to the appointment however Dr Monica Wang and her colleague did an amazing job to keep it at bay. Great service, patient, attention to detail, very professional.
