I booked the Regular ($349) option for my wedding dress and I cannot recommend this service enough!Price: At least $100 less than any dry cleaner near me, yet higher quality work. MyDressBox is transparent with their pricing, so you don't have to worry about a difference in the quote vs. invoice.Timings: Estimated 14-18 weeks, and I received my dress exactly 12 weeks from when my dress arrived to the business. They also have the option of requesting expedited service if you need the dress back sooner (I did not use the expedited service)Communication: Jasmin (owner) and the team were very responsive to my questions! I wasn't sure which option to book, and Jasmin was able to direct me after I sent photos of my dress.Service: My dress came back in a gorgeous box, folded neatly and seriously looks BRAND NEW! I thought my dress was wrecked after my muddy wedding.Convenience: MyDressBox delivers a box to your door, you pack your dress, and then it's delivered straight back to your door!

I chose MyDressBox's most expensive package (Extra) and sent my dress right after my wedding. I was notified that the turnaround time would be 7-14 weeks.It took over 5 months to receive my dress back and had I not followed up, I think I would have been waiting even longer.It was only when I received the dress back I saw there was still stains on the hem of my dress. While I understand with some stains, you can't work miracles, I was disappointed in the overall result and service.I was told the sooner the dress gets cleaned, the better. It says on their website, Stains can set into your wedding dress fabric if they are left for too long". They should assess the dress as soon as they receive it

My Dress Box sounded like a convenient service. However, over 15 WEEKS later, they advised that my 5k gown is to be sent back unclean, having depreciated in value whilst the dirt soaked in. They cleaned another of the same very popular gown and it discoloured.I was already dissatisfied with the excessive time it had taken, which wasn’t advertised.Communications were unprofessional. I had to push to get my dress sent back and a refund. They didn’t call me to personally apologise, no apology note in the box once returned etc. This issue certainly wasn’t a priority. I finally received an automatic email from Australia Post with tracking information.Hire more staff and be honest with your customers if you cannot keep up.I am left extremely frustrated and disappointed after this ordeal. Brides, take your precious gowns elsewhere!!

It has been 4 months since I sent my dress in and I haven't heard anything from the company. I have sent countless emails and enquiries and haven't heard back. This is extremely disappointing and worrying as this was my mum's wedding dress that I was fortunate enough to wear on my wedding day. I am extremely disappointed with the service and seriously hope to receive my dress soon as I am quite worried about it. If you want your dress cleaned, I suggest you find another service

Just received my daughter's wedding dress back. Beautifully cleaned and well packed with tissue paper in box for safe keeping.I recommend MyDressbox.

When the dress arrived back here it was in perfect condition just like when we bought it. The packaging to store it in is fantastic. The whole process was so wonderful and easy. I recently had my wedding dress cleaned with My Dress Box.I sent it to them late December 2022 and when they received my dress, they emailed me to say I should expect to receive it within 7 - 14 weeks.I got my dress back almost 20 weeks after they had received it.However, they did do a great job at cleaning it. There was one small part on one of the straps that is still a little dirty, but it's not super noticeable. The hem of my dress was the dirtiest part as it was on the ground and it rained on my wedding day, but they managed to clean the hem really well. The dress looks practically brand new.The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of their communication. I sympathize with previous reviews where they have mentioned not receiving their dresses for months and also My Dress Box not responding to their emails.I sent multiple emails to My Dress Box and they lack good communication. Sometimes it took 2 weeks for them to respond.All in all, I would recommend them to anyone who isn't looking to get their dress back in a hurry. They cleaned mine well and also packaged it beautifully in a box.

I sent in my box immediately after my wedding, but it's not until after they receive your dress that they mention that there's a 7-14 week timeframe on actually cleaning your dress. It would be nice if their website mentioned that instead of saying All wedding dresses should be cleaned as soon as possible after your wedding". Now over 14 weeks later

I had my daughter-in-law's wedding dress sitting in our wardrobe for 5 years when I finally brought it out very stained and badly mud marked. I also had my daughter's wedding dress from last year still uncleaned.I found MyDressbox online and decided to see if they could work wonders.
