Was great service, the reception helped me when I arrived and everything ran smoothly.the Dr. gave great advice, and 24 hours later my issue seems on the mend.The Dr. also referred me for several other tests approrpiate for my age and condition so happy she took notice and care of me.

It was my first visit to the Nuvo medical Centre in Five dock today. My experience with both the reception staff nurse and my doctor was fantastic. Very efficient at what they do in this medical Centre friendly well spoken and above all they made me feel welcome which is always a plus. when it comes to customer service at Nuvo I give it a 5 star rating I would recommend this medical Centre to anyone that lives in the area.

I booked 2 appointments with them. The first one all good, no issues but the second one was today, Sunday, and when I called to say that we were a few minutes late they said that they didn't have my appointment and that the doctor has left. I received the SMS and email confirming the appointment so most likely the doctor had a big gap of no appointments until mine (I saw them available on Healthengine) so she left to enjoy her Sunday.

Took my daughter for regular flu vaccination. She was nervous being a 6year old but was greeted with a friendly smile and lots of reassurance about the shot. I found the Nuvo Health medical centre to be highly professional and organised with a family oriented touch. All in all, we were left with a good experience and no tears!

Absolutely wonderful! The staff are brilliant, the GP’s likewise. Everything you could ever need is right here. HIGHLY recommended to all. Can confirm bulk billing is available to those holding a PCC. Personally I hope Nuvo are around for a very long time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic!

Was very positively surprised! Friendly and personable staff, I liked both the nurse and the doctor I saw. Bulk billing for concession card holders. No pushing of drugs or vaccines, just respectful, friendly conduct - this will be my new medical centre from now on!
