Stawell Pharmacy

Friendly & helpful staff. Pharmacist was very thorough in checking my current meds and any concerns with medication supplied over the counter for my nausea. Being from out of town & just passing through Stawell we were very happy to be cared for by Lyndy.

I know the pharmacy was very busy but I still find it difficult to understand why it takes an hour and a half to get scripts processed, especially when there are three pharmacists on duty! This hasn't happened just the once, but many times lately. I was initally told it would take three quarters of an hour, went back 50min later to be told it would be another 15min. Finally got it more than half an hour later!While I was waiting, I strolled up to the front of the shop just looking around, the phone was ringing and ringing, and one staff member was at the front counter having a long personal conversation with someone she obviously knew well. Meanwhile the phone kept ringing! The girls at the main counter were all very busy at the time.This customer service, or lack thereof, is just not good enough! We have been loyal customers for five years now but I have had enough! Unless things improve we will be taking our business elsewhere!

I urgently needed a script for daily eye drops but was stymied by the public holiday when I found my usual pharmacy was closed. The bigger pharmacy across the road were open but did not have the eye drops. They did, however, by friendly arrangement have access to the small" pharmacy and they obtained the drops sooner than expected and phoned me when the script was ready. I couldn't be more grateful for their efficient and caring attention."

Staff are extremely rude and don’t go by the confidentiality rules, they give nasty looks and don’t treat customers right. Would not recommend

Great service brian was great as well as all his staff members . Now brian has retired new ownrrs are getting their heads around it . But good service . Brian will be missed

Found the service here terrible. Needed to get a repeat of some medication whilst away on holidays. When I dropped off the script I was advised there was a 30min delay. Instead of 30mins, I waited over an hour to have my script filled. I hate when people think it is okay to repeatedly lie about delay. JUST BE HONEST!! I decided to pop out and to do a grocery shop and came in just over 30mins after I initially dropped off my script. I asked the team behind the counter how much longer and was told it was being filled now. 15mins later, I asked again and was told it was being checked. Another 15mins later I asked again and was told I can pay for it now as they were done and just needed to pass my items over the counter. A further 10mins later, my script plus 1 additional item I'd requested when I dropped off the script were passed over the counter, only to be told I needed to wait for a free EFTPOS machine to pay for the additional item as they didn't know when they processed the other items. I had my whole family; including a baby and young kids, waiting in the car. If they just were honest and said we need more time, we could have gone to explore the town further while they finished up. I'm a reasonable person but absolutely hate when retailers lie/delay service instead of just saying it how it is. Do not recommend!! Stay away!!
