Wonderful service! Had 4 phones to repair, in short time frame. The girl was so helpful and had all the repairs done in an hour less than she had said it would take. Highly recommend.

I am not sure how true the reviews here are! I went to this shop as they advertise themselves as Phone Repairs you think that they will know how to fix it or at least be able to determine whether the phone is fixable or not before they accept the job. I left my iPhone 6 plus and they asked me to pay in advance and I was told that they will change the glass and the home button and put a protector screen. But they were not able to fix it and charged me $30 for checking it and then $30 to put it all back to where it was. So it costed me $60 and still got my broken phone. I can't believe this happens in Australia. The manager did not apologise and did not show any concern at all!

Absolutely brilliant service, iPad screen was completely smashed, they fixed it in just hours, for a fraction of what Apple wanted to do the job. iPad is like new now. Absolutely fantastic, great case and screen protector options too.

I completely smashed my screen today and I went to iTOP where has a great customer service and prices. Alex fixed my phone in less than an hour while I'm shopping and that was so epic and efficient. I'm extremely happy with the result and would 100% recommend this place.

This was one of the worst mistake i’ve made. I took my Iphone 7 to get a battery replacement at this store and they replaced the original with a very cheap battery. It has been a year since and my battery health on my phone is at 72% health. I highly recommend not coming here for help, especially when you’re paying $70 for cheap garbage.

The poorest quality work on my screen protector it bubbled twice then replaced it with the cheapest one they had told me I was lucky because they normally only fix there bad work once over priced poor quality no refund ds do not shop here they have now replied claiming I have the wrong shop the 2girls there today said they have a non refund company policy and were very clear about it do not trust these people 70 dollar's for a screen protector they did wrong then after replacing it wrong a second time put a cheap plastic one on and told me they were doing me a favour even though that cheap one has something stuck under it

very friendly and nice, quick service. replaced my iphone 6s screen+LCD for a good price, got a price match from another company, and a free tempered glass screen protector. highly recommend
