Customer service and delivery is 10/10!!! Ordered my items at 10am on Thursday and it was dispatched 1 hour later and delivered to me the next day!!!! Now that is service!!! I love these products and I love buying from a local business. Their products were introduced to me by a dermatologist and works wonders for my sensitive skin! Love the rewards program as well!

I will never deal with this company again.Last Friday afternoon 7th October I purchased $890.00 worth of products. However, as I was checking out the payment wouldn’t go through and kept on coming up with “Payment cannot be processed (suspected fraud)”. This happened twice, and clearly I was not happy.On the third try, my order went through and my bank account was debited $890.00. However, I didn’t receive a ‘confirmation of order.’ Anyone who orders online know that you get instant notification. Now, I was getting concerned.I rang and left two messages with the company asking for someone in authority to call me back and explain what was going on. Nothing, no one returned my call.I also sent two text messages asking for someone to contact me. Nothing.I then sent a message @ 6:30 am Monday morning advising them to cancel my order and refund my money. Once again, nothing. No contact from the company.I then receive an email the following day to say that my order had been dispatched.I’ve just received my package. No thank you note, nothing.What a rude, arrogant company. It’s the first and last time I will ever buy from the SKINCARE COMPANY, and I will certainly never recommend them.Looks like I’ll go back to using the tried proven RATIONALE SKINCARE products.How to win friends and influence people. What a unprofessional company. I guess they didn’t consider $890.00 a sufficient ‘spend’ to warrant the courtesy of a reply. In the current environment, when discretionary spending is going to slow considerably, I would have thought they would have been more switched on. I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is.
