Dylan was fantastic. He explained what was the issue and stepped me through it. He told me things I could do in the future to stop this problem going forward. He went and got the part that needed replacing and had it done quickly. He was on time, very tidy, and didn't try to 'oversell' to me. He talked me through it and was very professional. I will use them again and HIGHLY recommend.

Hands down the most professional and high-quality plumbers I have ever used! They were a pleasure to deal with, provided transparent and very reasonable pricing and delivered the highest quality work I have ever seen. Unlike most plumbers, they were also very considerate and left the site clean and tidy upon completion. I would recommend Empire Plumbing & Drains to absolutely everyone as their service is second to none.

The team at Empire Plumbing & Drains were fantastic. My business (Pub) had a blocked toilet which would have impacted our trade but a quick call to Empire Plumbing & Drains and they came out and fixed it straight away before we opened to the public.They were nothing but helpful, prompt, affordable and tidy.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in the future and they are now my go to plumber for home and work.
