Amazing customised cakes, we had a stunning cake made for our daughters 21st and 2 dozen beautiful and delicious cupcakes.My only gripe would be that we were told to purchase the flowers and greenery and they would be places on for us and when we arrived the baker on site refused to saying no room in the box however the application wouldn't not have effected to room needed. Meaning I had to panic and do it myself at the last minute.However, it all worked out, and the cakes were lovely

terrible cake ,bought for a loverly ladies 70th birthday fell apart when we tried to cut it ,centre icing layer was rock hard when we contacted Cheescake factory was told that was not possible. offered photos and owner denied anything wrong with cake. Buy a cake from woolwoths or anywhere else as it will cheaper and much better quality $80 .00 dollars down the drain which was were the cake ended up

Celebrated my special occasion with a cake from The Cheesecake Shop, and it was a showstopper! The cake looked stunning and tasted even better. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was velvety smooth. A true masterpiece!

Very disappointed with my cake purchased from the Cheesecake Shop at Loganholme. The sponge was lovely and soft, but there was absolutely zero flavour in the cake and icing - as in we couldn’t taste anything at all - it was as if we were eating air. Won’t be back to this particular store.

So many choices, my children always have the rainbow slice.

Would like to thank the Loganholme cheesecake shop for the upmost care they took making a cake. The cake didn’t even make the car trip home started collapsing and splitting. I picked up the cake an hour early and they seemed happy said to me ‘“ we have just finished it” with me not being a cake maker had no idea that cake would collapse within 20 mins my drive home. When I called them they just said oh well no refund you have read our signs all over our shop “no refund” I didn’t actually want a refund a just wanted the cake to be how I ordered and paid $86.00 for. I wish u luck for the future you are going to need it!!!What a load of rubbish your response i drove 20 mins with the cake in the car and was not offered anything was told bad luck i went to a different cheesecake shop and bought a new cake.Shame shame shame on you!!!!
