Michelle is our property manager and she has been fantastic, very proactive and helpful. She makes sure our house is promptly repaired and is quick to attend any concerns we have. Michelle is the most incredible property manager I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a few over the years. She handled the changeover from a previous agent seamlessly and nothing was ever too much trouble once our property was under her management. She is friendly but professional and I always felt like our property was in good hands. She was always very quick to respond to any questions and then when we recently decided to sell the property, her assistance in having the tenants move out and all that required was wonderful.
