Family member had a vaccine booked for today (1st Feb) via the online booking system. Showed up to find the pharmacy was closed.I'm Vietnamese and understand that certain businesses may be closed during Lunar New Year.What I don't understand is why Priceline Cabramatta didn't check their booking system yesterday to contact anyone who had put in a vaccine booking to let them know they would be closed. We all have jobs and we're doing our best to work through the pandemic, with annual leave being taken to make this vaccine appointment only to show up and find the doors closed.Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

Had my last minute flu vaccine today and I am very satisfied with the efficiency and service here from all team members. Friendly staff that acknowledges the customers and am grateful for a much better experience with the pharmacist that administered my vaccine as compared to another pharmacy last year. A really great addition to the local community!

Went into the store today to ask about the types of vaccination offered. The staff were so friendly and helpful and very informative. They actually made my day on how friendly and pleasant they were. Great customer service. Would recommend you go and see them too !

Teresa and her team have been looking after my elderly mother with great care and nothing seems to be an issue for them. Teresa personally delivers mum’s drugs to her door after hours and has also done so when mum has been staying elsewhere. Her team have also provided all the vaccinations she needed with care and understanding. We are so grateful to her in particular for her kindness and professionalism. Priceline is lucky to have her
