I went there today for my face wax this lady there was so unprofessional while doing my forehead she waxed my eyebrows i wanted to go back but they were closed now I'm waiting to go there tomorrow. I can't get my eyebrows back but I'll make sure this report goes to the council

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I went for makeup. I kept telling the old Indian lady that my skin is oily but she still used oily makeup products on me and by the time I reached the venue for the party all my makeup was off my face and she’s so expensive.

I tried this salon for threading for the first time, after my regular beautician left my local.The threading cost $10. Sapna was polite, friendly and she had good hygiene practices. Sapna is quite new to the salon and is more likely to be available on Saturdays than during the week.Sapna worked quickly and overall the brow shape is good. She was able to see the remnants of the shape from my previous threading appointment and was able to clean it up. Unfortunately the trimming on the inside point of my brow was a little heavy handed on one side, which has wrecked the line a bit. But it will grow back.One downside is that there is no price list visible. I can’t speak to cleanliness of other staff or other services provided; but the tray of tools Sapna was working from appeared to be well cleaned.Also I’m not sure whether this business has been sold with goods & chattels or if it’s just been rebranded. It used to be called Roopam’s and no longer has any hours displayed on the door.

Polite staff, great service

The lady that owns the place does one of the best eyebrow threading I know. It takes her less than 5mins to finish and my eyebrows are even and clean.Also, her daughter does my hair do whenever I go out for the weekend. She knows literally EVERYTHING about hair. She's amazing!The only problem is when other staff are working there. When I don't see the owner or her daughter, I go to a different salon to do eyebrow threading.

Not only the parlour inside is Shabby. The lady claims to have 15years of experience but doesn't know the basics. Digusting equipment and service.

I have got a haircut from a lady. She had done a good job. But She doesn't seem professional to me or May be she had lots of experience that why she was doing it so casually. And palour was very untidy and unorganized...

This lady is highly unprofessional. I went for my face wax and she did not pay proper attention while doing her job and ended up burning my skin. She was all the time talking to other client and was not at all attentive. She charged me $5 more than the usual rate and did a disgusting job. I have to now see a GP to fix the burn marks on my face which looks so bad. SAVE Yourself and your money..., Please do not visit this Parlour. Highly unprofessional, untidy and unorganised.

I get my eyebrows, makeup, skincare, hair And everything done from here and always leave staffed great customer service and work.
