What a lovely fellow! He let me peruse about half a dozen watches and try them on. Picked one and he set the proper time before I left. I work a pretty rugged job and accidentally pulled one of the latches off. Instead of throwing it away he grabbed a bag of what I assume are recycled parts and fixed it instantly. I know some people may roll their eyes at something like that but I really appreciate the reduce reuse recycle vibe and the fact he was so nice and quick about it. Great selection and a lovely dude ☺️

Disappointing service when there was a faulty goods issue. Been a few times for battery replacement etc but won’t use the service again, luckily plenty of other options in northland shopping centre. Watch band clasp broke as I was putting it on just after two weeks but he accused me of deliberately forcing it apart myself… Seriously?!?! I trusted this place and was a returning customer and I think that cuts deeper than being ripped off $25.
