I saw Matthew for myotherapy on an acute knee pain and more chronic shoulder/back pain and he went above and beyond in his treatment, treating my whole body, not just the areas with flare ups. He also went above and beyond to make sure I understood what may have been the issue and how to improve it as well as giving me really manageable and achievable after care options! I'll be back for sure :)

Jamil was great. He really took the time to talk and listen to my concerns and to understand the cause of my pain and explain the treatment for me. After my first Myotherapy massage, I immediately felt better and I was also given exercises to do at home. Highly recommend.

Jamil is a magician! I really recommend this place. They use a holistic approach and the mix of cupping, needling and massage really feels like big shifts are made, even after just one session. I was given aftercare exercises and stretches to do to maintain mobility and self soothe between appointments which I have found very affective. Thumbs up all round!
