Racing around last minute trying to find a big piece of pork to roast for Easter Sunday, I stumbled across this butcher as I did a google search while driving through the Blue Mountains. They were the only place open so I was extremely relieved- and they had a rolled leg of pork available , looking particularly good! Well, I have cooked pork for many many years, but this roast was the best I have ever done! Great crackle, and superbly tender and flavourful meat. What a find! Go here, these guys have an exceptional product and a wonderful attitude to service, and they sure saved the day. Thank you Winmalee Quality Meats, you sure live up to your name ! I will be popping by whenever I drive through the mountains! Five stars!
