Staff are wonderful, amenities & services are excellent!The laundry service is appalling, clothes regularly go missing or often come backboiled & discoloured.This area is the only weakness in an otherwise very well run organisation.It desperately needs reviewing.If it is an ‘inexpensive’ service , it is a false economy as the residents are constantlyreplacing missing or ruined clothing .The residents deserve much better at this stage of their life.

It is amazing place, love working here. Most of the resident miss me working on the floor. They usually come and meet me at reception. Its amazing to have a lovely response from the management and resident. I got great appreciation from this place.

I was only dropping off some tissues that I had not used and were taking up space in my home. But when I got there the girl at reception said she could not except my gift. I like any where that looks after the elderly people. So I try to help in any way possible.

Nice new building with lots of facilities. Staff are amazing. No pool. Parking is very tight. People longer too long in the drop off place making it hard for the next person. Beautiful outlook
