Pelican's Nestle Inn - Accommodation

Great food but gets extremely busy for this very reason. Sometimes it's not unusual to wait over half an hour for an order, others you will get it in under 5. Great outdoor dining spot or plenty of places just across the road by the waterfront to sit. Taking on another staff member to work during peak hours would be a good business idea for them

After four visits to Pelicans Nestle Inn we feel like family, we get the best welcome, the best deals, a beautiful tasteful unit without flaw and we couldn't be happier, our only complaint is that we have to eventually go home. The Pelicans Nest Restaurant has the tastiest breakfasts in the world, as well as dinners, lunches and snacks at any time of day, we have never been greeted with anything but cheerful friendly staff. Mike, Liz, Geoff, the beautiful receptionist Jess, and Nick as well as all the restaurant staff are fantastic - they are the most amazing hosts and staff we've ever met, friendly and fun with fabulous humor, they also ensure our every comfort and go way beyond our expectations every time. We would recommend the accommodation (we've stayed in the cottages and the town houses) and the adjoining restaurant to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Great dining and accommodation. The fish and chips are great (and the food buzzer works from your room!) Rooms are well kept, modern and have all the features, and management are very accommodating.

What can I say .......... I have been 30+ years in Hospitality, the crew at the Pelican Nestlé Inn wow wow wow!!!! Service above & beyond, incredible accommodation & terrifically accomodating ......... outstanding location LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!FAMILY FRIENDLY............ WHATTTTTT!! YOU HEARD ME !!! so amazing !!right opposite the beach & water park & wading pools !! Brilliant yummy Cafe right on site! How good is THIS!!Coles & woolies just up the streetRestaurants abound & this is as good as it gets !!!This is the 2nd stay for us AND WILL NOT B THE LAST!!!Do not hesitate you will regret it!!Thank you thank you thank you guys so grateful Xo See you in 4 weeks xx

This place has great food whether its dine-in or take away. There is a large selection of drinks including coffee and also some sweets to accompany it. There is also a good choice of ice creams, freshly scooped or from the freezer. I always drop in when I am with the family in Wynnum.

We all had 'early' dinner here on Sat. Crumbed cod with mayo & chips inc Mediterranean salad with balsamic dressing.Best fish & chips experience we've ever had & we've tried many!Fish cooked to perfection, perfect crunchy chips, best fresh med salad! Great quality, quantity & price!Enjoyed casual outdoors style dining across from water with easy listening duo singing old favourites. Finished with waffle cone choc chip peppermint ice cream.Tip-get there early to grab a table!

Loved my stay here. It's quiet, relaxing and the service was fantastic. Stunning views from the balcony or even from in bed

My family, friends and I had a beautiful lunch here today. The fish, prawns, calamari and chips were all fresh and beautifully crumbed and cooked. The chips were cooked to perfection and the Greek salad was fresh and scrumptious. The feta was beautifully creamy and tasty. All in all the meal could not be faulted on either taste, freshness or size. Well done and most enjoyable.
