I have only recently finished up my time as a costumer of Property & Estates Sunshine coast and I highly recommend their company. I entered the property market with my first ever purchase in 2018 which was a daunting experience. Rick Williams and his team guided me through the process of buying and were very accommodating with any and all questions that I had. Rick and his team were fantastic during this purchase which made it a pretty easy decision for me when it came to choosing a team for property management as this was to be an investment property. For the next 4 years, property management was fantastic. The team ensured payments were always on time but further to that, whenever maintenance was required I was always advised ASAP which led to quick fixes and happy tenants resulting in long reliable leases. Inspections were carried out regularly and the reports I received were detailed and highly professional. The team managed my investment for the next four years and I have never had any issues. Unfortunately circumstances arose where I needed to sell my property and choosing a managing agent/company was a no brainer. Again I utilised Rick for the sale of my investment and once again he was highly informative, professional but also down to earth and easy to get along with and understand during the sale process. He kept me up to date with potential buyers interest and keep me appraised of local prices and buyers sentiment. In a short time he was able to secure a good buyer at a fair price and guided me through the exchange of contracts much like he did when I bought from him 4 years prior.Highly recommend Rick and the team at property & estates.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide a 'NO' star rating for this review as even 1 star is generous . After the lack of respect and professional service that this agency demonstrated today, 1 star is unmerited. Have some empathy and regard for those trying to find a home to reside and update your online advertising of rental homes by removing them when they are successfully leased or indicating they are no longer available so that those taking the time out of their busy day to attend your advertised viewings are not needlessly wasting their valuable time and money to show up only to premises that are locked up with no agent in attendance and then told when calling your office that the premises had been leased some time ago. In addition how many including myself with my partner spent time applying for this property by providing information and private confidential financial documentation in an attempt to secure this property only to be told that it had been leased some time ago. I am still waiting to receive confirmation in writing that this property is no longer available. I suspect I will be waiting to no avail.

We are so thrilled to be working with Jill (Clements) Robinson again. We first met her a couple of years ago when we purchased our property through another agency, and asked them to manage it for us .
