Costco Wholesale Tyres

Unless you have a family of 10, you'd better go to Coles or Woolies. I have never found any item to be cheaper than other supermarkets apart from their $7 chicken. Who would buy a 2 pack of 2 litre mouth wash?

I love COSTCO for bulk product and good buys. I love their Christmas decorations but a bit disappointing in the Christmas bonbon department this year . But overall it's a favourite

My car was at a service and was told I needed new tires.So I called Costco up to book an appointment for Saturday, the lady was really rude and I was told 9am was available.I said I can call her back with my tire details in 2 hours once I get my car back and asked if she could book me in first to keep the slot cause it was a Saturday I expected it to be busy. And I have a trip planned.And the lady said she will just not book over the slot or something with a super rude attitude.Called again 2 hours later with my tire details as promised and was told that 9am wasn’t available. They can only do 11am. Or 1pm. The second guy was nice.Just honestly don’t feel like the customer service is good enough. Didn’t even get pass the booking stage. I’m going elsewhere.

A bit hesitate after checking the reviews but I decided to give them a try and at the end, didn't regret it one bit. They did an excellent job to replace my car's four tyres with a very good price. It may took a bit of effort to contact them via phone and their customer service is not their strongest point but common, most of them are mechanics, what do you expect? As long as they did an excellent job, I'm totally recommend them.

Good place to if you want to buy in bulk

Tyres are well priced but having been told they have the correct set for my car, asked them to hold them, I checked just before I left home they still have them put aside 'yep all good' so I drive the 90m to the store, get there only to be told they had accidentally sold the tyres to someone else but I can get some Michelin's for $80 more.. waste of a 3 hour round trip.

Was a quick visit today as they weren't too busy might try similar time next week
