Jim's Fencing Ocean Grove

Worse experience ever, wish I could give zero stars. Second go at using Jims, first time was told to expect call within 4 hours nobody called. When questioned was told a message had been left on my answering machine. Outright lie no messages received.Ok second attempt at using Jims received call back from contractor who asked how I got his number as he was no longer with Jim's. Claims he is now only doing big contract work and told me to ring call centre back to be referred on.Call centre were surprised to hear that contractor was no longer with them as he is still listed as the main contractor that supplied my area?????? I suggested they contact him as he is denying it, by the way this is the same person who lied about leaving message first time around.Jims no service, I do see their lawn mowing contractors around and are miffed as to why the fencing and rubbish removal services are so bad???? Never again, avoid at all costs Jims you are a disgrace.

Highest Praise to (Ocean Grove) Adam and Jay for their hard work. Had an Ivy covered 9M side fence that nobody would touch or even come and see. Rang Adam and it was music to my ears I'll come and have a look". Turned up the following day and said there wouldn't be any major problems. Two days later fence and Ivy came down and was replaced with sturdy pine picket fence. Nothing but high praise for these two guys who worked like Trojans. Reasonably priced

I am so pleased we went with Adam to build our boundary fences and our custom front gates. The attention to detail and communication throughout the process was outstanding. I am very happy to recommend Adam and Jim's Fencing Ocean Grove to our community. Thanks again Adam
