However, we decided to recruit YPH to be our buyer's agent to ensure that we chose the right one during this volatile property market and it was definitely the best decision; there were just so much more to gain from their expertise and insight. They patiently guided us on each step in finding the right property including all of the paperwork and giving recommendation on mortgage brokers, rental agent, and countless other logistics all the way through the settlement. We asked a lot of questions throughout the process (for each property that we were interrsted too) and they answered each of them in a timely manner - we love their efficiency and sense of urgency!!!The property that we chose was purchased via an auction and it was initially very daunting for us.
