Commendations to Tom for upholding the fort in the face of an upset customer who basically halted payments. He was calm and was following protocol as he should. I hope he knows he did a good job in the face of adversity.

Super friendly lovely staff, but the Coles pickup parks are very far away from the store, and there really isn’t much parking at all. Always far more expensive fuel than any petrol station around, and not open super late.Car wash is good, but god it would be nice for them to put in a dog wash! It would be the only dog wash in Croydon Main Street area at all!

Not a lot of room between pumps. Would not recommend if you are towing a caravan or similar. Fuel is usually cheaper here than other Coles Express Service Stations in the area. The store are is well stocked.A car wash is also on site.

Tuesday 30th 9.15 pmRefused to open door because my bike was next to me , then after ignoring me and looking the other way for 5 minutes let me in , but only to a tirade of abuse and screaming YOUR NOT BRINGING THAT IN HERE ..And I wasn't until the yelling ,so I learned bike against door grabbed my milk and got out of there as fast as possible , One hot day and everyone things its okay to yell , she knew she did the wrong thing because she tried to turn it around on me ......avoid Croydon Coles express , also this person was nice when I'm in my car , perhaps a pre judgement because I had my bike with me ??

Genuinely friendly staff, nice clean and sudsy water with the squeegee in good condition for cleaning windshields, competitive pricing. It's the little things that make all the difference!

We came to pick up Doordash order on the 26th of March Saturday. The staff working that night was unhelpful and super impolite. We asked her about where to find some stuffs she literally shrugged us off. We didn’t think much of it but then there was something we were unsure of but when we asked her again about it she literally said “it’s not my job”. Then she had the nerve to tell us to put the basket at the back. I just hope her actions had nothing to do with us being Asian. We live around the area so we’ll definitely go back there. We’ll see…
