I don't like the way they work or the way they treat customers twice I go there and they don't do my nails well I don't go there again

Please don’t go here they where extremely rude! I usually go to pearl nails but they where fully booked so I settled for these guys and I regret it my nails are so thick! She was using the drill so fast she kept hurting me and every time she did she didn’t apologise instead she should laugh and talk to her Colleague. My nails have never looked worse! The whole process was rusted just not worth it save your money and go somewhere else.

I have only been to this salon a couple of times. They seem to be on a par with other places. I find that prices seem to vary amongst nail salons depending on whether or not you pay cash, have a loyalty card or get them to remove your current sns/shellac. I think the removing of old polish should be part of the service - not an extra four or five dollars! However, my complaint is this - I had my nails done on a morning where there was just one other client. I was told to sit next to this lady, despite the fact that every other seat was empty at that time. Now seriously, in these times of covid and flu and whatever other germs floating around, why on earth put two people in such close proximity? I felt a bit embarrassed about complaining in case the other customer was offended (she was not wearing a mask btw) but I definitely made sure I put mine on! I’m not paranoid but it’s common sense!

Person serving me was rude and tried to rush the process. Seemed annoyed that I asked for a normal manicure. Either low quality, old polish used or bad technique but either way I ended upnded up with ugly nails (bubbles at no extra cost!).Not going back.

Always get my nails done there. The ladies are very friendly and know me. Any problems I have, they fix it and the prices are very decent. Nails last about 3weeks which is pretty good considering most other nail places I've tried only last about 2 weeks.

I was late getting my nails done so one sns coat had lifted and was hurting my nail. I visited here after work on a Thursday night desperate to get my nails done because of the lifted coat. They were super busy but managed to fit me in without a booking. They were gentle with the nail that hurt, took off the old sns layer and replaced it with a fresh coat. I chose a design from their instagram page and the end result was identical to the picture. The ladies were friendly and skilled. I left with a beautiful set of fresh sns nails and my nail didn’t hurt anymore. The price was reasonable as well. Will be back in three weeks.

Tips and acrylic with gel. I showed them a design and they half delivered. Place is a bit run down and needs renovations. Nails were rushed, uneven and not nice. Not a fantastic place. Staff rude and unprofessional.

I got a full set acrylic nails plus shellac pedicure on my toes. Both for $100, which is a decent price but the quality was poor. My acrylics were uneven sizes and looked tacky. I asked for a semi transparent colour and the lady said they only had opaque. I selected a colour and it turns out the one are brought out was suuper transparent. So I ended up going with an opaque recommendation. Colour on nails was okay, hasn't chipped or cracked after weeks.Onto my toes, I asked for the colour funny bunny. They ran out and didn't tell me, just started painting a different translucent colour on my toes. My pinky toe is only half painted, and on a couple of other toes, the shellac is painted onto my cuticle/ skin.I came back the next day to get it fixed as this all was for a wedding. The owner YELLED at me for not telling staff that it was the wrong colour on the day, and berated me despite my already agreeing that I would not request a redo without payment. The owner ignored this and began another rant about customers being wrong .I also had that day requested an opaque white but staff had painted a translucent pearl white on my toes without my knowledge. They had also ironically informed me when I was selecting translucent colours for nails that they had none. Funnily the one brought out first for my hands was also translucent - so much so that I needed to pick a more opaque shade.I just felt it was so rude, in the end they rebuffed the nail sizes for me, a male technician did this and the result was somewhat better.

They did my nails very nice and exactly like the photo.

The staff were very rude, showed so much attitude when I asked for clear tips instead of the whites. She tried to convince me otherwise and then slammed the packed in the draw. Then spoke in their language to the other staff. Throughout the process she was watching reels on her phone while my nails were curing under the UV and accepting phone calls. Also, was extremely rough with my hands and cut my finger. Should’ve gotten up and left.
