Got served an old moist burger with rotten lettuce - 2 tiny pieces of chicken bones plus disgusting attitude from the staff.

Actually fulfilled the quota of 'Fast Food'. Was quick, and reasonable food. Customer service wasn't great and could definitely have done with some improvement.

Absolutely disgusted, I ordered a chicken box I got it all the wings were dry except one, and they all gave me food poisoning I reckon it was probably old chicken… Do better!

Really impressed with the service I got this afternoon, it was really busy but the young girl who served me (It was hard to hear her name in the busy mall but I think she said something like Bee or Vee) was really friendly and got my order out quickly.

Ordered food today, there was an 8 minute wait for the wings which I was fine with until the wait got longer. Everyone got served before me and when they got the wings they served another customer before me who got there after me. My food ended up being cold and miserable. Wasted $60!!! Paid extra for supercharged WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE ! I didn’t receive any dipping sauces for my 24 nuggets or the correct sauce for my burger. They also made the wrap horribly. Extremely unhappy customer. Needs better service and better quality food. KFC WAGGA WORKERS NEED TO WAKE UP WHEN THEY ARE WORKING.

The customer service at this place needs alot of work. Short orders, then I was told I could have a free burger.Really I already paid for it.I was offered a full upgrade.Ok, yes offered more.I then went in to get my meal asked if I could change it and if anything pay the difference.Denied by the staff and the manager.In my opinion they have alot to learn about customer satisfaction.So you decide whether you want to support that type of business.Not me.
