Matthew is such a very pleasant guy to deal with - all smiles and confidence with the knowledge, experience and work ethic to back it all up. One of the best decisions we ever made was to have him drill, install an commission our bore.Unrivalled backup service - after 2 years of faultless operation a faulty solenoid in our garden irrigation caused us to shut the bore pump down until the solenoid was replaced, after which we couldn't get the pump to prime or hold pressure. Called Matthew on a SUNDAY and he gladly came and diagnosed the issue, replaced some fittings and cleared some sand buildup from the pipes - and THEN said this is all part of the service, just a warranty call! On a SUNDAY!

In the hope of getting our bore before the new year I sent an email with a series of questions to Backyard Bores (Matthew) and received a reply that night.
