Fantastic customer-service; amazing product...(see pics). We tried Freedom first, and found them a little cold & overpriced. The team from Apollo were wonderful, attentive & professional. The end result speaks for itself. Thanks to Brittany, Tina, Daniel & the rest of the team!

Please avoid dealing with this company for your kitchen renovation, unless you are prepared to oversee and micromanage every step of the process, from sale to design, build and installation. From there be prepared to encounter emotional and financial stress and anxiety along the way. This company has absolutely no idea what customer service is and clearly doesn’t care what effect it has on people’s lives. My renovation was a major financial investment for my property, and I performed my due diligence prior to signing on with this company back in October 2021. Sadly, my reality turned out to be very different from the sales pitch I was given, including what services they’d provide (Project Management oversight) and it would take 6-8 weeks to complete.Instead, this project turned out to be 4 - 5 month disaster, mostly caused by their lack of communication, planning, quality control on joinery manufacturing and left me at a financial loss after I purchased a new fridge appliance that could not fit into the new kitchen and which I couldn’t return. It must be noted here that all the details were given to the designer to incorporate into the design plan, and it was not purchased until the final go ahead was given. The work completed by the sub-contractors I dealt with could not be questioned but a few did mention the numerous challenges that they have dealing with Apollo, and they always were caught in the middle when issues arose. There is absolutely NO ownership or accountability for genuine mistakes that occur by their design and manufacturing teams. In my case I’m left with a significant design flaw with the fridge space, one that only be resolved by having the entire kitchen joinery ripped out and re-installed.Due to their lack of care shown during my installation, I had to perform the Project Management oversight as their sales representative and co-ordinator vanished both from responding to emails or returning phone calls. But their accounts team is directly onto you if you haven’t paid an invoice on time! When dealing with issues that arose during the installation, the tone in which I was spoken to by the so called ‘experts’, was nothing short of condescending and extremely unhelpful. In one instance when I was challenging the measurements captured by their site technicians (after multiple visits), I was told that ‘plans change and don’t matter’, which I flabbergasted by but may go to explain the number of issues experienced within the building industry across the state in recent times. This company clearly only cares about signing up new unsuspecting customers, promising things that they can’t deliver on and will not accept the consequences when it doesn’t go right. My family and friends and even professional network are all aware not use this company and I hope that you don’t either based upon this and other reviews on this site.

We renovated our kitchen replacing the countertop and all the cupboards 7 years ago using Apollo Kitchens and we were very happy with the design and the installation. Recently, one of the Corner unit cupboards would not close properly and we were sceptical as to what service we could expect after so many years. But Apollo Kitchens exceeded our expectations, not only did they promptly address the issue and fixed the problem, they also checked all the other cupboards as well and where needed, made necessary adjustments. Thanks, Jessica, for organising everything promptly and Charles for the professional approach in fixing the problem and making sure that everything was okay.

I am so excited about my new kitchen! It is now the pride of my home, thanks to Apollo. I had a lovely experience working with your team who were very considerate when installing the kitchen. They went out of their way to ensure my entire family was as comfortable as possible during the project. They always kept time and were very well coordinated. I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism they exhibited and I have already referred Apollo to a couple of my friends.

I selected Apollo Kitchens several months ago, regrettably, because I thought that as a large firm they would have the skill and capacity to do a good job on my kitchen. What I have instead found is that they while they may be structured to do large jobs such as commercial and multi-residential developments, the bulk of their revenue I think, their approach makes them incapable of doing single home jobs well. For this I have paid the price.A key thing to understand is that Apollo uses subcontractors for most elements of a kitchen installation but provide no co-ordination or project management for single residential gigs such as mine. As a result, unless everything goes perfectly with the initial installation, things devolve into stumbling ineptitude. When my kitchen was measured, they got the measurements wrong such that the whole kitchen was about 60mm too short. Measuring correctly is a fundamental skill I thought.Since then I have been waiting for re-manufacture of new parts to solve this problem for over a month. Occasionally I am told on short notice that someone is coming to do something but I am generally met with variations on some or all of the following three statements:1. I am a sub-contractor, I don’t know anything about this job, they told me to be here2. I am a subcontractor and I don’t know anything about this job, so can you tell me what Apollo has told you (to paraphrase “could you the paying client please fill the communications role essential to competent project management because it won’t happen otherwise”)3. Some element of what was supposed to be complete in order for me to do my task is in fact not complete, so I will do what I can but I will leave without completing my tasksMy general sense is Apollo keeps sending people over hoping that if enough bodies attend often enough things will magically fall into place. This reflects the lack of project management and lack of respect for the paying client. I don’t live at the property so I waste meeting these sub-contractors who tell me they couldn’t finish and so will have to come back again.Apollo management does not return my calls or emails and on one occasion made an appointment with me which they simply failed to attend. Again, I don’t live at the property so I wasted an afternoon going over there and waiting for them. This failure to maintain responsive and transparent communication with me is perhaps the most egregious lack of professionalism of it all. It shows a complete disrespect for a paying client and leaves me frustrated because I am in the dark, with no idea when I will get to move into my home.I demanded a committed completion schedule last week which they did provide. They have failed to meet that as well. Having been told last week that they would be finished last Friday I am now told they are not ready to give me a date for completion of works. And so it looks as though I will not be able to move into my new home by Xmas as I had hoped.

I am very grateful to Apollo Kitchens for making my kitchen makeover a pleasant experience. I was truly dreading the whole process but the moment I talked to the staff at Apollo, everything simply fell into place. I got plenty of help in refining the design and the installation was done excellently and within the budget we had agreed on. I am now the owner of a beautiful kitchen; it’s the pride of our home. Thank you very much Apollo!

About 9 months since we had our kitchen designed and installed by Apollo Kitchens Waterloo and we can say that we are very happy with the end result. We now have a fantastic looking kitchen and everything has held up quality wise since the install. We absolutely love it.Gabrielle was great to deal with through the design phase of our project. She was integral into transforming my wife's vision into a working design. The tradesmen were a pleasure to deal with and any mistakes made along the way were always rectified without complaint. Was moderately expensive but this is by no means a budget company that supplies low quality products. Also for the convenience of having a company handle everything from design through to completion was absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I would sternly warn any potential customer AGAINST using this company. My project has been half completed for 2 months. The quality of the product is appalling given the premium price paid. The workmanship from all trades has been attrocious (they even installed damaged on delivery panels, despite being asked not to). The communciation from head office has been down right disgusting. No matter how many times I as a customer have complained nothing has changed and I am still left with a half completed kitchen 8 weeks after the start. I personally run my own business and if a client voiced as much disappointment in my product I would escalate the issue and action it immediately. However I continue to need to call the company weekly in order to ensure the project continues to move forward (which it is not).If I could rate ZERO stars I certainly would. DO yourself a favour and go somewhere else, this is a high end price for a low quality service and product.

Sean Burrell from Apollo Kitchens designed a stylish and super functional kitchen for my small apartment. His ability to think outside the square enabled him to maximise the space and to have all the accessories and appliances that I wanted without compromising on style. Great communication and fantastic service always accommodating for any new ideas or changes I wanted to make to optimise my kitchen's functionality. I especially loved the suggestion of the cabinet LED lights in my appliances cupboard. Overall I was supported through the reno process to make the best choices that suited my budget, space and style. It's an absolute joy to cook in my beautifully organised new kitchen.

I recently engaged Apollo Kitchens at Waterloo to design and remodel the old kitchen in my inner-west terrace. I couldn't be happier with the result. Sean - our designer / project manager - was a delight to work with, and the final result is truly terrific. Apollo accommodated my input into the design, and did a good job with co-ordinating the whole build. I recommend them without hesitation.
