Earlier this year I put my name down on a rental house for inspection booking to check it out and knowing I had the money saved and ready and waiting for a call from the team and I waited for a week then once that week was up I heard nothing so I ended up calling them on a Monday a week after and telling me it's no longer available which was so unfair for me be being a single disability pensioner they didn't call me to come and have a look at it and they just choose a random person over me and other people that applied for the house I recommend not getting a rental house off them if they are going to be that selfish

The management is not very nice at all, I have rented from them and the unit is falling apart. Robert rosenberg is not very nice to anyone he has a PR problem, they don’t like it when you ring the RTA to ask questions about anything. I would tell people not to rent through them, they don’t deserve any stars at all.

If I could give no stars I would. USELESS! 5 years I lived in a house, made it mine, made garden beds etc (with the permission of the owner). On vacate, suddenly all these issues appear and nothing is good enough. Trying to pin me for the house being old and falling apart. In all those 5 years, inspections took all of 30 seconds and not ONCE was I told about anything that needed attending, until of course I bought my own property and moved out. Meanwhile, the property is a thousand times better than when I moved in. I would NEVER rent through them again and I would NEVER have them as a real estate agent looking after my rental. They couldn't give two tosses about it, except for the money that it makes them. Thank god my landlords were amazing, because they were the only ones that ever got anything fixed. You're better off renting your house privately if you are going through them.

When moved in to house filled in condition report and listed all things wrong and never fixed then tried to blame me for these things when moved out that where allready there befor i moved in .
