Had a great Sunday lunch menuIt's actually one very long bartop counter + 2 window seats so can get full quickly, low chance of getting a walk-in.Service was 10/10 and all the waiters were so attentive and lovely conversation.I especially loved their attention to detail for halal and non-alcohol menu (just make sure it's mentioned on your booking). They were actually catering to very specific halal rules as well if you subscribe to them eg. Octopus as makruh

This was, by far, the best restaurant we ate in while in Australia, and the best in a long while anywhere! It is a fish restaurant... everything fish. Each course was fish of some sort. Every dish was really fabulous. I wish I lived in Sydney, so I could visit again soon. Great wine pairings, and very knowledgeable staff. Chef Josh Niland did all sorts of jobs...it looks like a super place to work. The restaurant is small, and you prepay. The meal is very expensive, but it is worth every penny!

One of my favourite restaurants anywhere in the world, that never fails to live up to expectations. Amazing food whether it is a la carte or the set menu, great wines and rock star service (with a special mention for Bryce for always going the extra mile). You can’t beat it and I can’t wait to see the new premises.

Best dining experience ever! If you are willing (&able) to pay for this incredible fish meal it is worth every dollar. I was worried about sitting in a line at the beautiful white marble bar but it enhanced the meal. The service was as exceptional as the food.

Excellent night out! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was paced out nicely and definitely a contemporary take on seafood! The sea urchin and desert were a highlight for us! Thanks for making our night out a special one :)

Great service, non intrusive and respectful - no rushing (thank you, this was the perfect late lazy birthday lunch for me with my husband. My fave dish was the prawn - didn’t even need the sauce though it was great with the chipsLOVE uni - takes a lot to ruin uni for me :)Alfonsino was great - but who could go wrong with butter!Tuna tartare was my husbands fave - for me, nice but could do with a touch more vinegar - like the capers you had on the kingfish? Thanks team

Saint Peter’s is an experience. The things they do with seafood is quite extraordinary. I had the seafood chorizo and it was incredible and mind blowing. The Balmain bug entree was probably the best I’ve ever had as was the empanadas. The fish eye ice cream is a must try just for the experience, it doesn’t take anything like fish but messes with the mind as part of the eye is used in the yogurt ice cream as a binder. Even though this restaurant is refined and two-hatted, the casual bar seating overlooking the kitchen and prep area gives it a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great place for an occasion, we went for my sister’s birthday lunch

A complete lack of ego made this one of the best food experiences we've ever had. The staff are knowledgeable and kind both to the customers and each other and the ringside seating provides for an intimate and informative meal. The food is obviously fabulous, though errs a little on the rich and oily side, so recommend including a salad. The wine list is overwhelming, and there a few well considered beers.Surprisingly, we even had room for dessert, with the lightest of chocolate tarts evaporating on our tongues.

Great restaurant for seafood. Quality was really high and staff was friendly. My favourite was the charcoaled king george whitefish. I was seasoned well with charred skin. The tapioca and fish roe really work and not over powering.
