I bought a Long Black Coffee from 7 elevenand when I buy a Long Black Coffee they give me two cups because it’s hot to carry and in every 7 eleven they tell to take two cups when i buy a long black coffee because the long black coffee is hot it’s different than the other coffees the other coffees aren’t hotI wanted to take two cups but the employee started arguing with me and he is rude disrespectful and he wasted my time I just told him in every 7 eleven I go to they tell me to take two cups because the long black coffee is hot and he started yelling at me and he started swearing at meWhat kind of customer service is thisI don’t recommend themVery bad serviceDon’t buy from themI’ll never buy from them againIf you go to every 7 eleven shop and if you buy a long black coffee they will give you two cups but in this 7 eleven they refused to give me two cupsJust in this 7 eleven so don’t waste your time going to this 7 eleven

If you can’t give the offers shown in 7 eleven app, then it’s cheating. I have an offer valid in 7 eleven App which says two super cofee for $3. But I came there and shown the offer to the guy in register, he was like he can’t able to give that offer to me. Some problem with scanning the barcode. It’s your problem not mine.I then paid 6 bucks. It’s cheating . I can show that offer now as well in my app. All other 7 eleven will give those offers written in the app. Why can’t u.Worst experience with your shop. Never come back

Very nice and clean store, open 24hrs. Been to this place so many times and every time greeted by staff. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great service. I would like to mention a staff member name Nitin(same as mine), he is great, always ready to help and smiling. Store has lots of option from drinks to hot food, sandwiches, sushi, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, slurpee, small household items, grocery, car care products, etc. They have great coffee. And they sell fuel too.

I used to buy coffee and cake for $ 3 from this Shop, but he counted it with me yesterday at $ 3.75 .

Have brought hot food from many 7 eleven stores Australia wide. First time ever have I been told by your rude attendee that I must pay 25cents for sauce with my pie. When I question it he says we always charge for sauce? How can that be the case that I have never ever been changed for sauces across any other 7 eleven in the state of Victoria" also he said that always keep the sauce under the counter at every store well that's a lie because suaces are always kept under the hot food stand at every store to help ya self. It's the principal to me that the fact of the matter is this shop is nothing but corrupt in trading. Don't buy your fuel from them or anything else they will rip you off."

Manager refused to refund my money even after 2 phone calls from moneygram. He was so rude.

Was good for coffee, fair price and tasted good, but we hired a trailer and it was so not road worthy.. they don't maintain them that's for sure!

I got a beef pie ($3) and a steak pie ($5) for lunch , and the cashier just double-scanned the steak pie and charged me 10 dollars. I found it out after I left to have my lunch.He might just be lazy, but from my point of view you can spot the difference between two pies straight away as the colours are different.Just be cautious when you shop there.

Around 5pm today, i went to this 7/11 to buy a chocolate bar and get 20 bucks cash out. I requested the woman at the register if i could have two 10 dollar notes and she refused. Asked for 4 for 5 dollar notes in cash out and she also refused. She said, Im already doing a favour for you by giving you cash out". Im like thinking WTF. WHAT FAVOUR?????. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVCE. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. I rather go to a Coles Express or Caltex. Do not go to this 7/11 at all!!!!!"
