Lachlan and Liam did the service for my home and they are very professional and nice. They also fixed a pop-off duct issue in the manhole. Definitely will book them in for next year.

Recently our central air conditioning unit broke down in very hot weather. I was able to get an appointment with Arrow Air conditioning within a couple of days. The technician named Tham was punctual, friendly and professional. He fixed the unit in less than 30 minutes, which was fantastic.! I would highly recommend arrow air conditioning.

Had a service conducted today for which I was quoted $297 (invoice 33907). Service literally took 20 minutes. Summary:- cleaned filter & checked drains,- checked duct & zones,- checked gas & electrical- monitored fans & units.Literally 20 minutes. No parts replaced. $300 for labour for 20 minutes to clean 1 filter.Service guy (Daniel) said our type of air conditioner look after themselves" so maybe we shouldn't be charged full service fee.I know I was quoted $300 and agreed

Great team - Olivia in the office saved me from going else where to get the installation, by phoning me and staying in touch even when Daikin - the suppliers - were dragging the chain on prices.Tham and Tristan (and Lockie) make a great team ! It was a tricky multi head install manged over a couple of days. The team were professional and were joined by Aiden and a couple of pleasant sparkies on day 2.All of them were very communicative and considerate and cleaned up after themselves. Big shout out to Tristan who for a young man is good at managing the customer interface as well as managing the teamThanks Guys !Andy & Fiona

I had my AC blower fan die. I rang Arrow AC and they had someone out in 2 days. Tham was the technician and he was great. Diagnosed the problem and had a plan written out of what was to be done.They ordered the parts and in a week Tham came back and repaired my AC, efficiently and quickly. I was super impressed with the service, but most of all, Tham came across and was a top bloke. He gave me some tips and tricks on using the AC to extend its life.I will certainly use Arrow AC and Tham for any future work with my AC.

Tom is great! Very happy with install of 2 ducted units 2 years ago. had an issue with one and they responded promptly. IN PARTICULAR their service person TOM is worth his weight in gold! He is very polite with a charming personality and keep me informed as he repaired. All good now. My thanks to Tom as I only like nice people on my premises who know what they are doing well!

Dan came out to give me a quote to replace my aircon. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, checked everything and then produced a quote. He clearly explained the different options and features, differences between the options and emailed me the detailed quotes.
