Norman is an absolute champ. He is friendly, personable extremely knowledgeable and able to help people find the perfect bike for their needs. We looked into bikes after a long time not riding, and called and spoke to Norman. Told him our needs and he told us that he would do some research and get back to us. He did. He also made sure that each option was explained to us and even discussed assisted bikes but explained how they would not suit our needs. We got all the accessories we thought we needed, with Norman showing us the best options to suit our needs. Norman never pushed for a sale, or sold us unnecessary accessories. I was thrilled to have Norman taking such good care of us, and hope that 99 Bikes knows just how wonderful Norman is. We have made several referrals already based on our experience, and are looking forward to Norman assisting us with future purchases.

Really good service! Props to Ethan for accommodating me with my broken cable lock. Apparently something happened and I wasn’t able to receive my invoice when I bought the lock but Ethan traced and sorted everything out. I was able to get store credit which I used that day as well. 10/10 will always recommend 99Bikes to my friends and family.

This is literally the first review I've ever given but I have been motivated to do so by the excellent service I received today at Penrith 99 Bikes. From the minute I walked in the store with a bike that needed the gears tuned due to a mistake that I had made the staff didn't stop assisting me until I left with the problem solved. The mechanic calmly took my bike and spent at least 15 minutes repairing and tuning the rear derailleur after which he did not charge me anything for doing so, given it was a new bike that I had recently purchased. As I mentioned I had caused the issue with the derailleur so I fully expected to have to pay to have it repaired, which I had told the mechanic. After the repair, I received excellent advice regarding another purchase and at the point of sale, the cashier even very kindly gave me some brake cable crimps free-of-charge when I was making the final purchase. I know they're not really worth much but the point is it really help me out of a jam and it was much appreciated. Overall this is one of the most positive shopping experiences I've had in a very long time. Well done 99 bikes Penrith and thank you.

Although only a brief visit. I found the team at 99 Bikes Penrith to be helpful, friendly and supplied me with the lights and reflectors I needed to make my bicycle legal and safe to use at night.Thank you

My tyre on my pram had gone completely flat I had 4 children with one asleep in the pram .The staff went above and beyond changing the punctured tube immediately with the baby still asleep in the pram .Just, thank you talk about customer service !

I've been a member of 99 Bikes since 2018. I bought 2 bikes from them, Norco Fluid HT 2 and Merida Scultura 6000.Lately I visited their shop in Penrith, straightaway I felt the atmosphere differently. Staff here are friendly. So I decided to bring some of my bikes for servicing.I think its worth to recommend this shop to all who want to come for bike shopping and servicing. Although they don’t have the top of the range bikes at the moment due to covid, but they can order bikes for you.

Refused to fix faulty brake of near new bike for 3 weeks as they were too busy building new bikes to sell. They also questioned honouring warranty. Spoke with another 99bikes store manager who agreed to take the bike today as it should be under warranty, should be done today as the brake installed - Nott brand, is known to be faulty (why are they putting these on kids bikes??!!) - Unfortunately I can't get the bike to Castle Hill to get repaired, with this information Penrith store continues to refuse to even look at the bike for 3 weeks. I have had to take to Blackman's Bikes in Penrith who were able to install new brakes within a day. My advice is to avoid 99 Bikes Penrith store!!!

Ethan was great. He took the time and helped our son pick the right bike out. He gave us a call the same afternoon to let us know the bike was ready.

My husband wanted to buy a bike for himself and I wanted to buy a new bike for my grand daughter. He went into the store to ask for advice. He left after being ignored by the shop staff. He gave the staff plenty of time to ask if he needed help but no-one was interested in making a sale. Luckily there are plenty of other bike stores in Penrith and surrounds. You missed not one but two sales.

Daniel was amazing, very patient with all our qs and even stayed 30min past the closing time helping us with the bikes, being very nice, no rushing, with a smile. Excellent customer service. Totally recommend it.
