Cyrus Rugs

Visited Cyrus Rugs at Browns Plains on Saturday, 18 February 2023. We were met with the most wonderful store clerk – Shannon – on the day. Can I just say, she was an absolute gem to work with. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with finding the perfect rugs for our home. She dedicated her time to everyone that walked into the store that day and was incredibly good at her job too. We walked away from that store very happy with our purchase and with the excellent level of service that was provided. We need to employ more people like Shannon in the workplace. She needs a bloody raise. Will be back for sure.

Few days ago I have visit this place to look for some rugs however the manager behaviour left me speechless.... Her mistreatment towards the new girl (Joe) was absolutely sickening ... she was so rude and disrespectful towards her and wasn't helpful towards her... Joe did her best to help and answer my questions however each time she was unsure did went to her to ask for support but she was helpful at all... Joe was almost in tears infront of me. It is really sad to see a persian owner can hand over their business to si h unprofessional individual that have no idea about customer service and being a manager that her job require her to be. I relaly hope the owner read this review and take the appropriate step and hire a manager that genuinely want to help customers and help their people and lastly represent Persian culture the best of their ability. Because of her poor behaviour I didn't make a purchase even though I really liked 2 rugs. Feeling sorry for the staff members for working for this manager...

Friendly staff , lots of rug with different prices which would be match with different budget and material including Persian rug , Turkish , Belgium and ....If you are looking for rug don't waste your time with different Brands or suppliers, I strongly recommend this company for the following reasons:1-Fantastic service by professional staff and expert in rug and carpet2-Number one in the market in terms of variety and differentiation3- Real prices, not fake price same as other rugs store with huge and unreal discountsI am happy for my purchase and experience :)

went in wanting only 1 rug, walked out with 2, happened to have a few that i liked that i couldn't say no to.Been to 4 other stores that day and didn't find even 1 i liked,Had for a few months now and quality seems good. have recommended to family and friends already.

Returned and exchanged the rug my wife bought that didn’t fix the house, and gave me a discount on the replacement rug.

Great service and huge range of rugs. The sales are great but if you miss a sale the prices are fair for the quality. Good parking in front and back of shop. Access to store is both front and back of store as well. Discounts are given if available will save you a few bucks.

The lady that Served us (Receipt said Shannen) was absolutely lovely and so easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

They dont even deserve a 1 starThey are selling the damage faulty and poor quality products, when noticed the fault after the payment, I didnt even left the store and asked for an another piece, they said no we dont have another one, then I asked can I get the refund and they said no we dont return or refund the money!!!!!!Dont go to this shop to lose your hard earned money to these scammers

Shannen really knows what she’s doing with colour and style ….. sold the perfect rug to me and went the extra mile when it comes to service - thank you shaneen, so grateful for your help and advice
