Can’t recommend rose and her team enough! Always a happy and great experience getting nails done here! Great skilled and talented nail technicians who listen and want you to leave happy! Will not go anywhere else with the compassionate and caring nature Rose has shown me. Had major concerns with medical treatment resulting in a period of high infection risk but thanks to Rose listening and showing the true diligence of a professional salon owner operator I have regained beautiful nails!

Honestly when I arrived here the staff were friendly and it was empty. I was desperate as my usual place was full. I wanted a design and asked if they could do it before I started, she said yes and said it would cost $78 - $13 more than my local but I thought I’d give it a go. Did my base and then went to do the (very basic) design (from the photo I showed her) and I told her it looked nothing like the photo. Then I showed her one more photo so she could see (the photo was also a flower - only difference was it didn’t have the different coloured spot in the middle of it). She then started speaking to me extremely rudely saying the two photos were different and I should have showed her the other picture (I have had designs done multiple times so I am not a first timer). She said it looked the same as the photo (IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE IT, I would be embarrassed walking around with it and she should be ashamed if she thinks it was actually even close to the photo). Honestly I was really hoping I would leave a happy customer but I left feeling deflated. I’ve never had a bad experience with a nail salon. Amateurs, way too expensive. I never write reviews for anything but I feel bad for anyone who would have to go through what I went through.

So disappointed. Eyebrows are now differently shaped and don’t match. Their “beauticians“ need better training and consistency. Have been coming here for many years but will be looking for somewhere else.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, staff are very rude, prices are very high. The waxsing room is very dirty and messy

I have been to this salon twice, the first time I went I was served by a technician who did a really bad job with my nails. I don’t know what her name was. So I went for the second time to try someone different and I was so so so impressed with the precision and quality of the work of a technician called Cindy.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve literally gotten infections from other places so you know it’s bad) Rose the owner makes horrible comments to her customers and either makes you wait or literally rushes you out the door.As a new mum getting a manicure for the first time in I don’t know how long, I just wanted to wait for my nail polish to dry however she didn’t allow it and of course they all got ruined. It’s over priced, the atmosphere and work don’t match up to the cost

Always recommend this place. The team's always taken care of me and I’ve been a regular customer for over 14 years now. Rose does great acrylics and shaping, never ever disappoints. The team’s customer service is so nice and welcoming. My family and friends always are coming back and both salons at seven hills and greystanes are always clean nor have I had any infections there or any bad experiences.Love these girls they’ve worked as a great team and family for so many years and they’re hard work is always honoured.

No wonder it was empty, lucky for them I was desperate. $68 for pedicure .... was awful, so quick. No effort was made.. short scrub, no quick massage or foot squeeze just feet in water, cut nails, file and colour. Worst place I've ever been and most expensive. The colour wasn't even the same as what I chose, looked chalky. Bad bad bad everything. Salon was so run down, the tools used were USED, they barely cleaned them after using on me so I they must do that for everyone... I was too embarrassed for them to even say anything.

owner thinks the sun shines out of her a**She’s rude and speaks down to you as if she’s better than you.if you want to be made to feel this way best place to go and the smug look on her face you want to just slap off!! Don’t know how the staff put up with her!! seen the eftpos machine multiple times and even though I am a regular customer still pushed to pay cash. I have even been told to wake up when closing my eyes to relax whilst getting a pedicure by the owner! Rude is an understatement!Only staff member I recommend is Ana she’s a lovely lady and her work is fantastic but that Rose (owner) by far has the worst attitude and customer service.
