Dee’s Holistic Health is excellent! I was being very particular when researching as I’d just had major surgery and wanted to know that who I booked with was going to understand my injury and be able to provide rehabilitative massage that would combine well with my post op recovery and so I booked in with Dee based on the reviews I read. I couldn’t be happier, her knowledge was excellent and she totally understood what I was needing and was able to work on those areas and issues and release off a lot of the tightness that was affecting my ROM. Dee kindly slotted me for an urgent appointment and I’m thrilled she did. I was in dire need of a massage after injuring my neck and shoulder. Dee is intuitive to what was going on with my injured area and responds to your body instead of forcing your sore areas into submission. I wanted to cry I felt so much better afterwards and finally had a good nights sleep after 3 sleepless nights. I cannot thank Dee enough but I can support her by giving her the highest recommendation.

Dee is really good. I had a remedial massage to address a legacy lower back issue. After one session, and over two days, my pain went away and range of movement restored. I’ll definitely be back for another session soon. It’s done with care and in a nice environment. Highly recommended!

Dee is an amazing person and amazing at what she does! She is so calm and warm and does amazing work with her hands! You can really tell she has alot of experience! Definitely the best massage on the coast!
