Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses - Merrifield

After receiving only half my order on uber eats, I contacted the store to explain the problem, they were very apologetic and rectified the order. Big shout out to the crew and management on today's lunchtime shift5/11/22

Coffee and cake is great, don't bother eating the pies.They are quite bad, I've tried almost every pie there and they didnt have any flavour or a decent amount of filling in them.You're just eating thick pastry.Service is good but the pies are a disappointment.

I have been here a few times. It is situated outside of Coles and close to the middle of the first stage of Merriesfield shopping centre.Service: Michelle brought my coffee over to me while I was sitting down filling out a form. Both Michelle and Nicole we're nice and friendly. As it was Ferguson's birthday, they offered a free coffee with the coffee that I bought.Product: Coffee was hot, although it could be a little stronger. The food is good and they must be doing something right to have lasted for 125 years. The cakes, biscuits etc are extremely appealing and taste is good.I love the look of their birthday and other celebration cakes (see photos ) plus they tell me that there is more on their site, so take a look.Price: About average for coffee now. I find that the price of coffee and food is good to average. I go there occasionally when I am there doing shopping because I know what to expect.Extra: Ferguson's have a loyalty card, after so many visits you get a free coffee.Yes if you require extras like lactose free or almond milk etc then it will cost extra as it cost more to buy in the first place.Parking: The shopping centre has a good amount of parking, it also has disabled parking at the front.I also found the shop to be very clean and presentation very good.

Staff is friendly, coffee is really good. I went there three times in a row, no complaints. Today my son asked for strawberry shake, they put cream and sprinkles for free.Will be definitely coming back again:)

Very nice atmosphere. Very good coffee and patisseries. You can't go wrong with Ferguson Platte pies, pastries and sausage rolls. Always clean too.

Very poor service, I was there Saturday around 4:12pm and one of the staff cleaning and other who supposed to serve me talking to some other customer for long period of time while I was waiting once she acknowledged me asked what I wants I place order for coffee and she said we close for coffee
