Used Qtax since being in AUS for 8 years. Disappointed this time around. Primary owner quit midway in a hurry, got no help during auditing, didn't hear back for 6 weeks. They got me $1800 out of $110000 tax. Will find somewhere else in the future who care about people.

went in to do my tax with them when finished it cost me $172 when last time at morayfield it cost me $120 was not happy about this maybe you need to say what the cost is before you start if I new this I would have not done it

worst taxation establishment in qld states they open at 8 am but they don't really open till 8:30 am but don't bother trying to call to after 9 because they don't answer same in the afternoon states they are open till 4:30 ring them at 4 they don't answer . Takes them 4 months to finalize a tax return they they steal money from your account . highly dissatisfied customer.

Good afternoon,Candice here I've been trying to make an appointment through your burpengary office and it goes through to sandgate, I have bad service at home but the gentleman that's answers calls at your sandgate office is an absolute gem and so friendly. I didn't catch his name but Qtax should be honoured to have such a friendly and happy man to be working for them. He deserves recognition for his help and such a kind happy manner. Advertise money back guarantee" and won't give me my money back after they lost my documents and failed to log our tax returns with the ATO!! Charged us over $800 dollars

Took us 2 hours to do our tax return and $100 more than what we paid last time with much more complicated situation ( both were studying and my husband was working in Melbourne and had to claim some of his accomodation and ravel cost)

Would not recommend at all. Didn't include all the information I gave them for a tax return, then received a letter from debt collection agency.I rang to speak to them a was met with distain and arrogance. Was very dismissive and rude.I wont be doing any future business with this company.
