I would’ve given 5 stars if the cashier wasn’t so rude. She laughed in my face for the whole transaction when I asked if they price matched. Was actually half price at coles but felt too embarrassed to say anything.

Would give negative stars if I could I used to love coming to this chemist but now they are just so rude and unprofessional honestly and plainly been a fraud they are refusing to give receipts as you have to give them your email or phone number to get a receipt which absolutely not right because why do we have to give out our personal information for a receipt? and it’s not legal to refuse to give customer receipt upon request the girl at the counter was so rude and tried to tell me they don’t give paper receipts anymore which is absolutely appalling I don’t believe her either because this is the only chemist that is doing this only shop that does this and I will be reporting this as receipts are proof of purchase and also tax purposes so this is absolutely illegal what this chemist is doing will not be going back there and please do not buy from there there is another chemist warehouse 2 minutes down the road so will be going there from now on

I need to buy milk for my baby. I checked online and it said it was in stock so I ran to buy it. but the staff reported that it was a system error. They are not enthusiastic about going to the warehouse to help me.

I've been to this Chemist Warehouse a few times. The staff have been really helpful every time and are incredibly kind people

Ignored despite no customers in store and staff seeing I was at the counter trying to put in a prescription to be filled. I would give no stars if I could. After reading the reviews, I'm glad I walked out! Went to the Chemist Warehouse down the road where service was great and staff were friendly. Avoid this one at all costs the other one is a 2 min drive away
