After a flood in our home, our insurance company appointed WA Insurance Builders to manage the huge repair project. Patrick managed the process which involved a total renovation of our home, including a new kitchen. The 4 month project was carried out professionally and efficiently. Thank you Patrick. WA Insurance Builders were contracted to complete restoration and repair works to a number of units in our apartment complex following extensive flooding damage. WAIB's Project Manager (Justin) coordinated all trade works, ensuring delivery of results to a high professional standard whilst providing timely and effective communication at all times. In my opinion WAIB is a first class organisation. The roof work was done in a professional and timely manner. I have on word that if any unforeseen problem arises it also will be fixed. I totally trust this would be honored, based on my experiences with WAIB personnel, in the main Justin, during the course of pricing and executing the work. 5 stars.

We had a lot of water damage in kitchen and dining room under kitchen cupboards into carpeted wardrobe in second bedroom.There were extensive repairs required.The supervisor was really helpful and reassuring.The tradespeople that did the work were very professional and respectful of our home .The end result was all we could ask for and more.Our insurance company too kept in constant contact.So, yes all in all we were very happy with end results.
