The Grill chicken was overcook, bitter and dark like coal. Order beef slice then apologize and change to beef mince, meal was served luke warm not hot. Throwing all of those as can’t eat

Okay so 5 stars might seem high but let me explain. This place is EXACTLY what you ought to expect from a chain Mexican restaurant. Fast. Tasty. Filling. Nothing is gonna rock your world but imagine Mexican McDonald's but also beer. It's just a solid, know-what-youre-getting kind of chain and I'm all about it. My two favourites: Cali burrito and the enchilada. Personally I'm a slow cooked beef man but i've also had both pork and chicken and both were good.Aren't potatoes good? Especially when they're chips. Man I love chips. Like when I was a kid and we drove past McDonald's (actual McDonald's not GYG) I'd say we wanted Macca's but really all I wanted was chips. As an adult whenever I go through a drive-thru all I'm getting is chips. The occasional hash brown, which is really just a giant chip.This is probably why I love the Cali burrito - theres chips INSIDE a burrito. Can recommend the queso fries. I go mild because I'm caucasian but it's balanced well by the creamy cheese. Also cheese? YUM. The enchilada is my other go-to. It's pretty much just a giant burrito - like a burrito you need utensils for. Not available with chips inside. Otherwise flawless. Again, nothing here is gonna wow you but it's just a good staple. As my parents always said about their children; set the bar low and you'll never be disappointed. Nothing to fault so no excuse to deduct any stars, just know that it's a chain restaurant and expect chain restaurant quality.

My favourite go to place to grab an uncomplicated and wholesome meal.Ingredients in a bowl for example are few and quite healthy and most meat variations are either grilled or slow cooked.I also like the spiciness variations and a good touch of avo with some added guacamole.

Out of the two in toowoomba this one is definitely the best. I've never liked mushrooms but their vegan mushroom tarco are awesome. Atmosphere is expected from the location, be nicer to see a train to by now and then. Service is always friendly and always will help no matter how complex the order is.

I ordered take away chicken nachos and got a piece of beef in it. Allergic to red meat. I am very surprised how can they be this much careless and don’t even care about the people’s health.

Fourth time in a row you have forgot my drink, Costs $5.90, then Uber eats refunds $1.50, either the driver is stealing constantly or you are not putting drinks in to save money. Also gave me a jalapeño burrito instead of a mild chicken. I use GYG as my cheat meal once a week, and I’m not one to complain but four straight orders goes well beyond chance.

Ordered a side of guac and got all the way home to realise they had given us sour cream. The container even has a label on it for guac.. not sure how you confuse the two. Tried to call about it but phone constantly busy.
