I just had Lachlan attend my property in Fig Tree Pocket to install a new mixer tap in the kitchen. He was such a nice person and a credit to Damien Lacey’s business. He was pleasant, polite and fast. He cleaned up after himself and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Damien Lacey plumbing again in the future.

They cracked my downpipe and covered it up. I hired them to unblock the pipe. They (accidently?) cracked the pipe adapter and didn't let me know. I found it out myself when it rained. The crack is very new (photo attached).Replying to owner's response:I mentioned they broke the pipe in email but no response to it. I paid them for 2 visits but the original issue I wanted to fix was not even located. Instead they tried to sell me an expensive digging job for another thing. Call them again? No I don't trust the service.

One emergency call to Damien Lacey Plumbing Maintenance and they were there fast! We had water overflowing out of the drain and they quickly found the issue, repaired it, then cleaned up afterwards. Great company that I highly recommend and will continue to use for all my plumbing requirements.
