Called for a quote on a tool and got put on hold while the guy on the other end finished talking to someone about his weekend. Very unprofessional, terribly disappointed. Not getting gear there as they hardly stock anything anyway. Waste of time.

wont be using these guys again as there are no courtesy calls letting customers know when stock ordered and paid for arrive into store.

Stuart was very helpful to explain things. We're renovating our house and I was looking at my options with switches (dimmable, smart switch, neutral cable), bathroom fan. Tested the lights too as some clearance items are non refundable so I had to make sure on the brightness. He explained things clearly and not rushed. Good product selections too.
