I placed an order last month on website. Didn't receive any follow up emails etc. Emailed them multiple times and tried to call the number on the website [out of service]. I was able to get my money back via paypal.

I ordered a replacement light cable for my existing Lummi & Co light set a month ago with no response and no information regarding order receipt or dispatch. Have tried emailing, messaging through Facebook and Instagram and calling but their phone number has been disconnected. Disappointing as the original product was really lovely. Hopeful that I’ll have some buyer protection through PayPal otherwise they have stolen my money. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER - they took my money and didn't deliver. You can't contact them. I even tried getting my money back through the bank and this failed.

I made an order 2 weeks ago, paid for it and never received any confirmation email or the ordered lights. Nobody has replied to my enquiry and the phone number is disconnected.EDIT: It turns out that a new person is running the business, but I managed to contact the old owner on Instagram. They responded immediately and had my order shipped by a courier. I received the lights today and they are quite sturdy, functional and look really nice.

Love our Lummi lights. The kids chose their own colors and they are finally going to sleep in their own room with the lights on every night. Great quality and loved the options of plug or battery as we got one of each. Customer service was fantastic as my son changed his mind a couple of times straight after ordering and no problem changing. Thank you Lummi.
