Too bad for this company. Tried to contact this company for my order but noone contacted me, and I did email them again to give them a chance to improve, and hopeless. My drink bottle and honey were broken. Dark chocolate supposed in the jar but received in a bag. I bought it as a gift. So disappointed and unprofessional company. Never buy it again.

I had given up on finding a place to order Tasmanian pepper berry a few years ago but decided to try again recently. Very happy that I did. It took about a week to get here in the United States, but I think that's a pretty decent time, all things considered. The product is great, and I'll be ordering more as soon as I run out.

Really disappointed, ordered for mothers day 2023, was delivered too early, one cheese had expired and another no exp date. Contacted Duncan twice about it and no replies....for an order over 100 bucks I expect better service....not a very good mothers day.

Great service in the first phone call, re assured me if theseafood arrived at the wrong temp he would resend. Reassured me what a great relationship he had with Australia post, went to footy with the executives, would have no problem……. Arrived 20degrees haven’t heard from him since and $200 out of pocket.

My order from Tasmanian Gourmet Online arrived in a bad condition all the chocolates melted and stuck to the packaging. Emailed Duncan with photos of the damaged goods and still no response. Only half of my order was sent and in my email asked to cancel the other half as I had no confidence in my order arriving in pristine condition. I spent $660.00 and expected better. My advice avoid this company and save yourself your money.

Using the Tasmanian Gourmet online web site is very easy to work with. I love the Tasmanian produce and buy regularly, I feel it gives me a close connection to my birth state, I love exploring all the local products, everything is local and of excellent quality. My last order was Island Curries made in Kingston which is my childhood area so I loved buying the curries knowing where they were made. Delivery is always very fast and is appropriate to the products purchased and packaged to keep the products fresh. I would highly recommend Tasmanian Gourmet and have referred lots of people to the site. Thank you for the excellent produce and service.
