Fine Line Smash Repairs

I was directed to have my vehicle repaired at Fineline by my car insurer, after someone rear-ended my vehicle. The staff at Fineline were friendly/nice and responded well to my calls and emails. They were also accommodating with my schedule (I had to delay the repair by 2 weeks since I had an overseas holiday booked) and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked almost brand new! The outside looked great and even the inside was cleaned/vacuumed – thanks so much guys.

They are kind, courteous and very good at what they do. Been using them for years - never had to go back for a re-repair.

I had a really positive experience with Fine Line. They were the only ones out of three other ‘reputable’ smash repairers who bothered to write up a private quote for my damage. The staff were consistently friendly throughout and not only did they repair the damage inside the time frame specified, they cleaned my car inside and out. I will definitely consider Fine Line in the future and recommend to others.

This team has done an excellent job with any repairs to my vehicles. Unfortunately I have had to bring my car this team a couple of times due to inconsiderate people that like to bump into cars and drive off. Each time, the repairs have restored my precious vehicle back to its original immaculate look. I would never just take my car to any repairer. I use this team because of their excellent work and good honest prices.

The best smash repairer around. My car looks a new car now. I feel that David and the team put their heart into the work. They have taken a lot of care to address the many scratches and dents and produce the impeccable finish. Extremely happy to have chosen them for the repair. I recommend them highly to anyone.

sad that i can't give less than 1 star. promised to repair in 3 weeks, than in 2, than 5 times in week so yeah about 2.5 month more..had car accident so they needed to replace bonet, bumper, air bags and etc.. they said that some parts needed to be replaced where engine is so they needed to take engine out.. anyway when i at last picked up my van swith cover was broken between seats and just placed on floor, fingerprints on plastic where air bags were replaced, when accelerating or braking hears cracking noise, wheel is too loose.. i should take it to them back because it is fixed by insurance and there is warranty.. but afraid that i may wait for 2 months more so will take it to people who knows what they doing.

Work on car was really good, but their communication with me as a customer was shocking. They estimated a couple of weeks for my car to be fixed and it ended up taking 5, and in the intervening time they kept on telling me that it would be ready in a couple of days"."

Disgusting service and treated me like a complete idiot.My car sat at this panel beater for 12 weeks and the state of my car when it was returned to me was pathetic.They killed my new car battery and I broke down on the way home and they tried to tell me my battery was old - yeh 8 weeks old.Tried to tell me that my car has only 1 reverse light as European cars only have 1 reverse light! Mind you my car is Japanese, what a joke!My front leather seat was ripped and now i need to provide proof of this, does anyone take photos of their car before it goes to a panel beater???Dont take your car here
