Pat from Trusted Roof Restorations did a fantastic job with our roof, he replaced quite a few broken roof tiles (even left some painted spares for us), repointed, cleaned and painted them leaving us with a brand new looking roof! Pat from Trusted Roof Restorations helped to repair a cracked tiled and installed Valley Seals to stop water back flowing into the eave in our high set house at Mt.Cotton. I found Pat to be friendly, very responsive, easy to deal with, did a quality job and kept the workspace tidy. Pat was very prompt and professional, as he explained the process involved with doing the job and always kept us informed. Pat was also proactive, he not only repaired the damaged area but also inspected the entire roof for any other damages or possible areas that required some urgent attention or future attention. I appreciate the fact that he recorded photos of what needed to be done and after the job was done, so it gave me some insights into the scope of work performed. Pat was just awesome at managing his time around the rain, and was so quick at responding to our request. I will definitely be calling Pat again, when other work needs to be done. Had a minor leak in the garage and Pat was recommended by a friend. Finding genuine tradies in the roofing industry is difficult but so glad I found Pat. Will be using him again if needed down the track. Very approachable, on time and explained in detail what he thought the problem was and how he thought we could fix it.
