I went to the Haven Salon the other week in the hope of trying to get the warm tones of my brunette out as I wanted to have a silky brunette look. Id seen a few hairdressers before who weren't able to do it so I didn't have much hope. I am so lucky I went to The Haven Sydney! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Its beautifully styled, has a relaxing and positive energy and Carl the owner sat with me to really find out what I wanted and how he could help. The service was amazing and the end result exactly what I wanted. My hair was finally that silky brunette colour with no hint of orange. Even after a few washes its still held up perfectly and all my friends have now been raving about the Haven! Highly recommend this gem of a Salon for colour and styling.

I had an amazing experience at the Haven Salon! I previously had partial highlights done, but they were now grown out and had a streaky/chunky look. Unsure what I really wanted done, Carl talked me through my options and I decided to try to get back to my natural color to minimize maintenance. I was a little nervous to go from my blonde highlights back to my darker color, but Carl did an amazing job-- I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

The best cut and colour I have ever had. Carl did exactly what I asked for and gave me so much advice on how to style my own hair and how to maintain great condition until my next appointment.

It had been a long time since my last visit to a hairdresser. I mean a REALLY long time. Between having a baby and the recent lockdown, my majorly outgrown balayage was in desperate need of some love and care.New to the area, I had driven past the Haven many times and decided to give this salon a go. My partner kindly booked me an appointment and offered to look after the baby for the day so I could get a little pampering done.I always get a bit nervous trying a new salon, wondering how I'm going to fill hours of small talk with the various different staff. My fears were put at ease upon meeting Carl, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with my hair, so we spent a bit of time discussing what tones I liked and browsing different images to really refine what my hair goals were.Carl is a master colourist and exceptional hairdresser. I dont think I've ever been so happy with a colour result. He is also really easy going, funny and easy to talk to. Honestly, I felt like I had spent the day chatting with an old friend ..which was really nice!The Haven is exactly as its name suggests. A quiet sanctuary where you can escape the world for a few hours and indulge in a little self care. It's nothing like the chaos of a busy salon with people coming and going (and none of that insanely loud music either). Upon leaving, I felt relaxed, happy and enthralled with my new hair.I highly recommend seeing Carl at the Haven for any of your hair needs. The service is spectacular and I have no doubt you will be thrilled with the results.

I had the best experience at the Haven today with my extremely talented stylist Carl. The service I received was next to none. I was super relaxed and received the best head massage and a lovely glass of wine! I got exactly what I wanted and more.
