Litas Mainstone

Our boiler died and Litas we’re great. Talked through what the options for replacement were with the associated costs, same day replacement, talked through the boiler settings when finished, really friendly and helpful service and even followed up the next day to make sure all was working.Also as the old boiler was just placed on soil which had caused it to corrode, they created a stable platform to sit the new boiler on.There were no hidden costs, in fact I assumed the costs we had discussed when I first called them were just for the parts (boiler) without labour and was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice and it was pretty much what we talked about over the phone.Highly recommended!!!

Owning a unit with original 1980's water pipes, drains, sewage pipes, internal leaks from unsealed tiles, having emergency call outs the list was an endless expensive nightmare! We have 68 units in our complex and thanks to Chad and his team we are halfway through completing our plan to replace all underground pipes. Seeing the guys work today with their usual enthusiasm never gets old, they've done a lot to improve our community over a couple of years and the residents love it! It matters high quality in products and service is never compromised, I see this now and trust Chad and his team completely.

Fast, friendly, quick & professional service. Called that morning & they had someone come within the hour. Old pipe under the kitchen sink burst & flooded the house. Highly recommend & will call these guys in future if needed.

Chad was a pleasure to deal with. We wanted our main bathroom renovated and he took care of everything. We had a holiday booked and he suggested carrying out the renovation while we were away which was a god send. Had been recommended to use Chris Litas and his team for some plumbing repairs and whilst communicated I mentioned I’d always quite fancied an outdoor shower and whether they did this kind of thing. Chris’s knowledge about all things plumbing gave me the reassurance his team knew what to do and following a price comparison I signed off on the project. Job was completed on schedule and to budget and although the shower head I requested wasn’t currently available they put a temporary one on whilst my particular one was shipped in. Couldn’t recommend these guys any higher and am just about to sign off on them doing a water filter system for me also. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guys

Litas reception stated between a two hour window and they turned right on time at the start of the window provided! That's service. The serviceman was professional, cheerful and simple work done as required, HWS not heating up (diaphragm) and a toilet rubber seal replaced.No issue with work done but the charge was about $50 higher than I was expecting to be charged, even when a discount was applied. My previous plumber receipt for the HWS states a much lower call out fee for the first hour (excluding mechanical parts).Will hire again just for the service personnel who visited but not happy with the charge for that service and parts.

I had a hot water unit replaced last week.A big thank you to Linda who organised the new hot water unit and booked the installation. Fantastic customer service and professional manner.Linda is an asset!5 Stars!
