All the staff at take2health are fantastic, from the very friendly and attentive reception to the practioners. Rhiannon in particular was fantastic in helping with my neck pain, getting it under control and giving me great advice to ensure it's not an ongoing problem. Highly recommend them!

The staff at Take2Health are absolutely amazing! Saxon is very friendly, professional and has a great deal of knowledge. He not only helped relieve the pain I was experiencing in my lower back, but also eased the tension I felt in my neck and shoulders. Could not recommend more highly! Very thankful for the incredible Take2Health team.

Mary (and staff) at take2health are amazing! I went to see Mary as I was experiencing tension headaches throughout my pregnancy and she worked her magic! Not only did it release some of the tension around my neck/shoulder area but her knowledge on pregnancy is great as well. Would definitely be going back for my treatment throughout this pregnancy. Thanks Mary!
